Sincere Care Inc. was founded in 1999 by a Registered Nurse who had spent years working in hospital settings — and who kept seeing the same thing: patients recovered better, faster, and with more dignity when they could do it at home. She founded Sincere Care to bring that clinical expertise directly to patients' doors.
Over 25 years, we've grown from a single nurse and a small team into a Medicare-certified agency with 100+ clinical professionals serving families across 28+ Twin Cities communities. But our core commitment has never changed: every patient gets individualized, compassionate care that treats them as a whole person — not a diagnosis code.
We've cared for more than 12,000 patients — post-surgical recoveries, chronic disease management, pediatric nursing, end-of-life comfort care, and everything in between.

Achieved CMS certification as a Medicare and Medicaid home health agency, opening access to thousands of Twin Cities families who previously could not afford home care.
Expanded Multilingual Services
Grew our clinical team to include nurses and aides fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Somali, Bengali, and Hmong — reflecting and serving our diverse community.
